The Neenan Company, being a fully-integrated design-build firm based in Colorado that specializes in the architecture and construction of commercial, education and healthcare facilities throughout the US, constructed Elevations Credit Union’s 4,900 square-foot branch facility in Midtown, Fort Collins.

The site is located at 2025 South College Ave., with prominent visibility along the high-traffic road. The credit union branch is positioned just north of the Whole Foods location in Midtown Fort Collins, and within walking distance to the Spring Creek public transit station. Re-purposing the property furthers the city’s efforts to develop respected and recognized brands in the Midtown area, which is currently experiencing a surge in housing and retail redevelopments.
