Reid Burton founded a Butler Building franchise called Burton Builders

1973

David Neenan moved to Fort Collins, CO

1973

David Neenan buys Burton Builders

1976

Poudre School District School Board (8 years/6 years as president)

Began Design-Build Integration Casper Disaster

From this failed project, Neenan transitioned from doing construction to Archistruction. According to David Neenan “From Casper, I learned a lot about sound financial management, wise job selection, leadership by example, and focused business strategy.”
