This is the first project that the Neenan Company completed with Columbia Basin Health Association (CBHA), delivering a new multi-service clinic in Othello, Washington. The 77,900 square-foot clinic opened in October 2018 and represents the largest healthcare facility in the region, with 350 employees and one of eastern Washington’s largest pharmacies. Combining two previously existing CBHA facilities under one roof, the two-story development offers primary care, family care, behavioral health, dental care, eye care, lab, imaging, and pharmacy services. The clinic features integrated tracking mechanisms to connect staff and patients, exterior window glass with dimming capabilities to help cool rooms and hallways, and a café serving Starbucks coffee – making it the first Starbucks location in Othello!
