In the early 1990s, The Neenan Company and Kent Thornton of Boulder-based Colorado Equities, Inc., developed Avista One Medical Plaza in Louisville, Colorado. Avista Hospital engaged The Neenan Company to develop this cost-effective, functional and attractive medical office building.
