Avista Medical Plaza
In the early 1990s, The Neenan Company and Kent Thornton of Boulder-based Colorado Equities, Inc., developed Avista One Medical Plaza in Louisville, Colorado. Avista Hospital engaged The Neenan Company to develop this cost-effective, functional and attractive medical office building. The result was a 41,000 square foot facility with architecture in harmony with the newly constructed hospital. It houses physicians from nearly all disciplines, including primary care and specialists.
Steady growth in the area, coupled with the expansion of Avista Adventist Hospital, has necessitated the construction of a second medical office building. The building is located immediately south of Avista One Medical Plaza, and the two are connected on the main and upper levels by enclosed pedestrian walkways. Avista Two Medical Plaza features dedicated drop-off areas and canopies for both the ambulatory surgery center and medical office space entries.
