The 243-acre Larimer County Fairgrounds is a multi-phased project including 5,100 seat center of master planned buildings. Phase One includes six buildings totaling 380,000 SF, the largest being the 162,000 SF Events Center. The 5,100-seat Center is the home of the new CHL expansion hockey team, the Colorado Eagles, as well as hosting many other sporting and entertainment events.

The five remaining buildings are constructed of pre-engineered metal, including a 56,000 SF Exhibition Building, two connected indoor arena and livestock pavilions totaling over 154,000 SF, and an 8,100 SF Maintenance Building.

"Due to the experience, professionalism and organizational skills of The Neenan Company, the project was completed ahead of schedule as well as within the overall project budget... This was the second time the City used the 'design/build'... and we are very pleased with the results... Having the designers working with the builders on all phases of the project offers a total spirit of teamwork!"
