The 16,200 square foot addition answered all of the building committee's concerns while staying within the budget. The efficiency of the Neenan collaborative process allowed decisions to be made quickly, ensuring completion prior to the start of the school year.
Cost-effective solutions were identified, such as slightly altering the building shape and choosing more durable interior finishes that allowed for the needed science classrooms, building connections, and athletic fields without increasing the allocated project cost.
