Spring is just around the corner, and many exciting projects are underway here at Neenan! Follow the links below to learn more about a few of our recent project milestones.
Coquille Valley Hospital Districts plans to construct a new, replacement hospital facility on their existing hospital campus began to take shape last fall. The estimated $26.5 million dollar design-build project will consist of an 18-bed, 60,000 square facility, which includes 9,000 square feet of covered parking. Read full article
Construction has begun for the 58,800 square foot OnCore manufacturing and office facility in Longmont. This facility is the result of a partnership between OnCore Manufacturing Services, the City of Longmont, Keith Kanemoto, and The Neenan Company, who is financing, designing and building the facility.

Construction has begun for the new ambulatory care Middle Park Medical Center in Granby, Colorado. The highly anticipated project has been in the works for several years and is finally coming to be for Kremmling Memorial Hospital District and the Grand County community. The $22.2 million, 25,272 square-foot medical facility will be located on a 10-acre site on the east side of Highway 40. Read full article
Miami-Yoder School has officially opened the doors of its new school, and it recently invited community member and state leaders to celebrate this exciting achievement. The 86,600 square foot school includes both new construction and renovated spaces to house approximately 325 students from pre-kindergarten to 12th grade. Read full article
