The three-story triangular corporate office building has insulated load bearing brick walls and a dramatic three-story glass curtainwall and is capped with a pyramid roof screen. The production facilities are load bearing brick wall with a steel bar joist roof system. Each of the production facilities on the main campus are connected by enclosed “links” allowing product and personnel to move throughout the facility indoors.
Design efforts on these facilities were a joint venture between Joe Poli, design architect, and The Neenan Company project architects. The main campus now has five completed buildings and one completed addition, and the first building on the north campus-an office, warehouse, and manufacturing facility-was completed in late 2003.
The corporate office building received a Design Merit Award from the American Institute of Architects.
